Healthy and in shape for life
Hello, My name is Julissa and I've been fighting with my weight for about 8-9 years now. Always loosing some, but gaining all of it back, then lose again, and gain again and I want to break that cycle. I am a pretty healthy person, but I know there are things I need to do better and that is exercise on a regular basis and change a few things about my diet.
