Thank you so much for taking time to read my blog, and especially for the words of encouragement. I know I'm gradually eliminating those cravings, but Sunday was a great lesson for me - I need to log into Spark People every day and not just plan meals and record exercise done and the amount of water I've drunk - I need to spend time on the Team message boards and keeping in touch with Spark friends to keep me focused.

I hope your family hike and picnic was as enjoyable as it sounds, and I'm sure your dog enjoyed every minute of the outing.

Thanks so much for stopping by and your words of motivation. I really have to start paying closer attention to my calorie intake. Something just isn't right.

I am with you on the menopause thing. At night and when I am at work, I can't decide if I am hot or cold. Probably both.

Yes it feels great to have lost 3 lbs (even if the flu caused some of the weight loss, I'll take it) emoticon It really amazing how a 3 lbs weight loss motivates you even more...I feel like nothing is going to side track me this week emoticon Hope you're having a great spark-week! emoticon
