Just Keep Swimming!
I'm a biochemistry Ph.D. student so, in a nutshell, I don't have a lot of time. I'm in my early 20's and major life events that include lots of photographs seem to be everywhere. Besides me wanting to look good in pictures, I also want to have more energy and a better body image. My sense of style peaked in third grade and then disappeared until I was almost 22. I've discovered shopping again and love wearing cute clothes. Unfortunately, I've let myself expand to a point where the clothes ...

Besides me wanting to look good in pictures, I also want to have more energy and a better body image. My sense of style peaked in third grade and then disappeared until I was almost 22. I've discovered shopping again and love wearing cute clothes. Unfortunately, I've let myself expand to a point where the clothes don't quite fit which isn't good. I've admitted that this is going to be more than a couple months of healthy-ish eating and gym time and I'm in it for the long haul. Here's to making a change!
