Just Keep Swimming!

I'm a biochemistry Ph.D. student so, in a nutshell, I don't have a lot of time. I'm in my early 20's and major life events that include lots of photographs seem to be everywhere. Besides me wanting to look good in pictures, I also want to have more energy and a better body image. My sense of style peaked in third grade and then disappeared until I was almost 22. I've admitted that this is going to be more than a couple months of healthy-ish eating and gym time and I'm in it for the long haul. Here's to making a change!

I've been focusing too much on my lit review I think... the goal for this week is the chapters on my research, and I can throw a lit review together last minute if I have to. What did you focus on first?

Thanks for the great idea about monitoring energy levels too. With all the weight I gained my energy was low and i could'nt even function without 2 cups of coffee! Good job on your success so far too :)
