My Goals:
My goal is to reach 135lbs. The last time I was at that weight, I had so much more energy. I'm going to college now and plan to look for a new career in the next few years. No one wants to hire someone who is unhealthy. I need to be at my best for me and my family.
My Program:
So far, I've learned to track my calories in, which is great. I also walk on my treadmill 30 minutes everyday and stretch afterward. I am learning to incorporate strength training into my week. And the daily challenges from the groups help keep up the motivation to try something new.
Personal Information:
Grew up in Biloxi, Ms. in a real cajun family. Food was an important part of family gatherings and some of my fondest memories are of being in the kitchen with my grandmother and great-aunt.
