Lewis ... well really the best Author is the Lord with his best seller The Holy Bible (to bad most people who have it don't read it much ... let alone take it very seriously and enjoy the intimacy of walking with The Father, Son/Jesus, in the Power of the Holy Spirit ... ok enough preaching ... lol.

Remember to just take one day at a time on this journey of a lifetime. This journey consists of many small steps, a few speed bumps and pot holes, and a lot of fun. I will be here for you and try to help you on this journey to your goals. YOU can do this!!! Watch your portion control. Be sure to drink plenty of water (8 - 8oz glasses a day) and walk. Water and walking will help you on this journey of weight loss and lowering numbers. Start small if that is all you can do or have time to do and add to it as you are able. Even 5-10 minutes several times a day adds up to bigger numbers and will keep you moving. Invest in a good pedometer (about $10) and see how many steps you currently take each day. Before long you will be adding steps just to see how many you can do and how far you can go. WHAT A GREAT MOTIVATOR!!! YOU can do this!!! It's good to meet and have you with us. CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR 14 POUND WEIGHT LOSS!!! (I read your blog of 4/1) THAT IS TERRIFIC!!! I started last June and by using Spark and some self discovery in the process, I'm down 25 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight.
