Get to a healthier weight, preferably 160. When I get to that point I will decide if that is a good weight to maintain or if I think it would be appropriate to lose a bit more.
I'm mostly trying to follow the calorie guideline on sparkpeople and want to start working out early in the morning again. I do walk a lot throughout the day though.

Well, I'm glad I could give you an excise to get back on the hose. Don't worry about the long message. I'm glad to be a sounding board because I need them too. I know things get tough and it sucks. I went months without losing weight but we can do it. You just have to push yourself farther than you thought you could ever go. I know you can get back to that halfway point. :)
