I have 2 lovely monsters and a delightful husband. I am looking to live a healthier life style and prove to be a good example to the monsters. I currently need to re-program myself to eat better as well as loose quite a chunk of weight.

August Goals:
1.) Spend 1 hour of QT with my babies.
2.) 8 Cups of water a day
3.) Relax and enjoy the summer.

July Goals:
1.) 215 pounds, here I COME!!
2.) 1,250 exercise minutes
3.) Quilt 15 mins a day

June Goals:
1.) Hit 215 pounds WHOOPS... Well, I was close...)
2.) Exercise 1,000 minutes (MADE IT!)
3.) Drink 10 cups of water every day. (Well... I drank a lot.)

May Goals:
1.) Hit 220 for weight

2.) Have perfect Spark Attendance

3.) Finish my uncompleted April Goals!
