I really like to do a mix up. right now because it's still winter here in mi. i am doing workouts from "the biggest Loosers, jump start" videos but as soon as the snow leaves i will be adding jog/walk up and down hills. about 1 mile to start. I also kayak, snorkel, and yard work.
right now i am in a bind.. i pulled a muscle in my back about a week ago, i've been doing my workouts but really paying for it.. doc says nothing for a few days so it can heal. man this stinks. i'll figure out something i can do. but instead of feeling better, it's worse now then when i did it. yesterday i couldn't hardly stand it. today I have to give it rest.
What about you? what do you do for workouts? or enjoy?

I've been a member a little over 3 years. I made fantastic progress and lost 100 pounds in the first year BUT I became careless about nutrition and exercise and have gained a lot of the pounds back! I became disgusted with myself and closed my Spark account, but soon realized I NEEDED to be here. I'm back using the nutrition and exercise trackers now - they are so important. The sense of community and the friendships I have made here keep me going!
