My Goals:
Lose weight, manage my diabetes, begin to exercise.

My Program:
Following spark diabetes program and heart healthy program. I've found that I need to really plan out for the week what I'm going to eat each day. Even if I plan breakfast and lunch but don't plan dinner, it can throw a monkey wrench into a healthy eating plan. And I need to be sure I track it!

Other Information:
I'm a big Lord of the Rings fan, and really enjoyed seeing The Hobbit!

Hope you are having a good weekend! I managed to get my 2.75 mile walk in after the morning thunderstorm. emoticon The only problem I had was it wasn't too hot out when I started, but the sun came out before I got back home and I got a little over heated. Here is to another week of emoticon training!

I see you and I are in 5k training together. I also set my alarm to get up early so I could walk my first 2.5 miles before it got hot! emoticon
If I am ready for it I plan on walking my first emoticon for special Olympics on Aug. 10th. Good-luck with the rest of your training, and soon this will be us emoticon
