Judy's On the Right Track Again

Hi! I keep trying to lose this weight and sometimes it can be very "trying". I am not sure why I keep sliding but I know when I journal and track the weight will come off. So my goal for the next few months is to keep on tracking. My biggest problem comes with eating out when we are traveling.

My Goals:
My goal is to try and get back in shape and lose 100 lbs. I know it is going to be a long hard battle because I love food and always seem to be on the "seefood" plan. I am going to try to look at SparkPeople as a way of life and not a "diet".

My Program:
I am trying to walk 10 minutes 3x/day and fill in my food tracker every day.

Personal Information:
We spend 6 months in AZ and 6 months in Montana. Yellowstone National Park is one of our favorite parks. We take lots of pictures on our travels.
