Goal: to lose last 15# at 67
My name is Judy and I work as a geriatric charge nurse. I just turned 67 on January 29th. About 17 years ago I lost 40#, but I have never been able to keep off the last 35#. I lose 10# or so and then I lose interest or gain it back. With the help of Spark People support, I was able to lose 35# this last 2 years and keep it off. I have been able to stick to an exercise program. I am motivated to continue working on maintaining my healthy lifestyle and fit in those size 12 jeans.

My Goals:
To lose 30# and make exercise part of my daily life.
My Program:
Eating smaller portions and doing at least 30 minutes of exercise daily.
Personal Information:
I was born in Wisconsin but moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2000. I love the weather here in Walla Walla and consider myself a Washingtonian. I have been married for 43 years and have three grown children and two dachshunds.
Other Information:
I love to travel, being outdoors, and gardening. I enjoy walking and biking. These activities were put on the back burner when I had a knee replacement two years ago. I have a rare autoimmune disorder called localized scleraderma or morphea, which does cause some pain in my joints. I also love sewing, knitting, crocheting, scrap booking, cross stitching, and quilting.
