I want to get down to 150 lbs. I used to think I needed to weigh 130 but as I have gotten older I have realized that 150 will be ideal for me.
I am doing Weight Watchers now....I started out with You on a diet by Dr. Mehmet Oz and Dr. Roizen but I just needed to start something with accountability and Weight Watchers has worked for me in the past....

I am a Seventh Day Adventist Christian. I love the Lord and look so forward to his return. I love to read christian stories. I have really enjoyed reading Amish stories. My husband and I love to watch wholesome movies which are getting harder to find. I enjoy taking my grandchildren to see all of the cartoon movies that they make these days.

I did weight watchers in the past too and loved it! Now I'm just counting calories and tracking everything I eat and try reallly hard not to go over 1,500 calories. I'm successful during the week but on the weekends it's very hard.
