    Hi Judy, I'm a sugar addict and did 8 years of OA and the best way to tackle the problem is to avoid sugar for a while. I find that liberates me from the decision should I or not? One or two? No decisions, no stress. I sometimes eat some sugarless candy. I am a happier person when I avoid sugar meaning chocolate bars and confectionery in general not sugar in food or juices. At the moment a couple of relapses because of stressful time but getting better.

    Hi Judy thanks for stopping by my journal. I know it is hard to get rid of those last pounds I too love sweets and just can't seem to give them up but I am also trying really hard. I would like to become a fitness/personal trainer just not sure but have been checking around the internet for info so for now it's a maybe.
