Starting Over Is In My Rearview Mirror!

Starting over is behind me! Reflections of how I once was will propel me forward into the person I want to be. For me, weight loss is only one component, I want so much more than that. I want to live a healthy fulfilling life so that my actions are God like and that everyone sees GOD in me. I am praying to God for focus, motivation and will power not just in times of weakest but all times. I am only looking FORWARD with POSITIVE thoughts and results. I have so much to gain from losing weight such as improving my quality of life, decreased BMI, knee replacement surgery, decreased meds, increased self esteem and a healthier role model for my family. Losing weight will send an unspoken message to all I love.

My Goals:
Lose 1-2 lbs weekly by eating 1300-1350 calories
Per day. Fruit and fiber replaces junk.

Eat every 31/2 - 4hrs apart
Drink 8+ water/daily
These dates will be adjusted as goal weight is met.
