Sometimes I have to talk myself into doing the exercise, I never got back into the way I worked out before the accident.I have plans for 05/30/2017 to begin fresh not getting bent out of shape & feeling like a failure if I miss one work out when I already have 3 in for the day. Sometimes we can be so hard on ourselves that we can not see the good we are doing to our bodies.

Ahh judy, You suffer so...I am truly sorry about your hardships. But if you do need structure as your therapist has said, then you must try to do so. If I can help in any way, do let me know my dear friend. Gentle hugs dear Judy.

Thanks Judy for your comments on my blog. We cooked most meals on a camp stove, but we at out occasionally (maybe once every two days). I did not backpack, but I packed my clothes in my old backpack just to transport them (my wheeled luggage doesn't roll through the dirt at the campgrounds). Weather was WONDERFUL, warm days (60s - 70s), cold nights (30s - 40s). It was rainy/cold at our last spot (Great Basin National Park) so we stayed in a little motel instead of camping (we also chose a motel at Chinle because the campground wasn't very secluded)

Darling Judy, YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!! And yes, somebody out there will find your treasures and make a new home for them, to be cherished and loved that you have done for all these years. How incredibly wonderful that your selfless actions will make a stranger's day brighter when they find your things on a shelf in a store somewhere. That is how I always feel when I let go of some of my things that I have had for a long time. Knowing that someone else will find joy, it makes my heart sing. You have done good Judy dearest and I am so proud of you!!!!!!! ;o)
