Every day is a weekend when you retire. I am taking better care of my self than when I was working.I am no longer in that rush mode.In the beginning I had an awful injury which forced me to retire at 65 So it was not so happy in the beginning for a whole year and I am still on the mend !! So I am actually just beginning to enjoy and relax !!

I am in summer wear today, barefoot, bermuda shorts and tee shirt. All my windows and doors open, we are in the 80's here Judy. Expecting 90's tomorrow and Tuesday. Total summer weather.
Yes, Lisa has done some crazies, but I am not getting emotionally involved with her crap. Lucy is doing well, I went over there yesterday and today to put in ear drops in her ears. Lisa doesn't do that.......wouldn't cha know?

I use to have a bread maker as well Judy. I made bread twice a year and probably consumed most of it. I got rid of the machine. Not worth the space it keeps to store it. Sell it or donate it. Don't be tempted to keep it.

Ahh judy, You suffer so...I am truly sorry about your hardships. But if you do need structure as your therapist has said, then you must try to do so. If I can help in any way, do let me know my dear friend. Gentle hugs dear Judy.

Thanks Judy for your comments on my blog. We cooked most meals on a camp stove, but we at out occasionally (maybe once every two days). I did not backpack, but I packed my clothes in my old backpack just to transport them (my wheeled luggage doesn't roll through the dirt at the campgrounds). Weather was WONDERFUL, warm days (60s - 70s), cold nights (30s - 40s). It was rainy/cold at our last spot (Great Basin National Park) so we stayed in a little motel instead of camping (we also chose a motel at Chinle because the campground wasn't very secluded)
