    Judy ~ thanks for visiting my page/blog! You mentioned you never tried spinning - it DOES kick butt.....I always enjoy it more when it's over! I mean, I wouldn't miss a class, but I need to pace myself during the workout, and I always feel good when I've completed it.
    I noticed you and your husband dance - that is one thing my husband and I keep talking about doing......it's time we go for it!

    Judy, Thanks for your comment on my recent Blog. I eat breakfast each morning and really enjoy it. I just wish I could go longer between meals once I start eating. The cravings seem worse after dinner for some reason (boredom, fatigue?) I need to figure this out; I appreciate your comments. Rose emoticon

    I agree with you on getting the exercise done in the morning. I have found that exercise in the evening keeps me awake. My new schedule is being awake before everyone and getting it done then. It was hard to adjust at first but now I can not sleep in. Keep up the good work.
