Don't Want to Give UP!

I am older now and been over weight all my life. I lost about 100 lbs. at one time and kept it off for about one year. That was in my younger years and I used exercising and diet, heavy on the exercising. I gain the 100 lbs. back. Then at 52 I had gastric bypass surgery. I was 309 and I lost down to 237. I weigh 262 lbs. at the time that I am writing this. So climbing back up again. I hope to use the tools here to keep on track and gain a more healthier life style.
Update: Nov. 6, ...

Update: Nov. 6, 2012 I have lost 36 lbs. since I started Sparkpeople tracking in May, 2012. In total I have lost 82 lbs. from my heaviest weight. I feel so much better and want to keeping going down.

I want to do a water aerobics class four times per week..
Walk when every I can put it in schedule.


I want to track my food daily.

Track how many calories burned within 12 to 16 hrs. daily.

Eat healthy foods and limit my calorie intake to 1,200 per day.

My Program:
Calorie intake is important to me because can't exercise heavily , even waking is a problem some days because of health.

Eat healthy foods . No sugar, no white flour, and limited carbs. limited processed foods.

I hate that when that happens- I make a commitment and then almost immediately the obstacle.... which reminds me- time to use my candles as free weights... blog on!!!!

I couldn't find you and was afraid you had dropped off. YAY, your still around and that's awesome! When we get our bills under control I intend to go back to aerobic classes. I really miss them! Don't be a stranger and hooray for you for getting back into the swing of things! emoticon
