Don't Want to Give UP!

I am older now and been over weight all my life. I lost about 100 lbs. at one time and kept it off for about one year. That was in my younger years and I used exercising and diet, heavy on the exercising. I gain the 100 lbs. back. Then at 52 I had gastric bypass surgery. I was 309 and I lost down to 237. I weigh 262 lbs. at the time that I am writing this. So climbing back up again. I hope to use the tools here to keep on track and gain a more healthier life style.
Update: Nov. 6, ...

Update: Nov. 6, 2012 I have lost 36 lbs. since I started Sparkpeople tracking in May, 2012. In total I have lost 82 lbs. from my heaviest weight. I feel so much better and want to keeping going down.

I want to do a water aerobics class four times per week..
Walk when every I can put it in schedule.


I want to track my food daily.

Track how many calories burned within 12 to 16 hrs. daily.

Eat healthy foods and limit my calorie intake to 1,200 per day.

My Program:
Calorie intake is important to me because can't exercise heavily , even waking is a problem some days because of health.

Eat healthy foods . No sugar, no white flour, and limited carbs. limited processed foods.

I just checked out No S Diet team's challenges and decided to sign up for three out of the five challenges offered..... I know you are just getting back into the swing of things and maybe the team will take the pressure off and help the transition be your success

I know about being lazy Judy. I have not gone tooo overboard but not being consistent with keeping my ticker going to the right. You know you can always come back to class and have fun with us. LOL I am taking Nov. off as I am having eye surgery next week and will not be able to go for a couple of weeks. ((HUGS)) Linda Kay
