I am ready to work on taking small steps to build a happier and healthier me! I am a fighter and I will NOT give up! Can you hear the Rocky song "Eye of the Tiger" playing in the background?

One way or another I will get there! I will make all my dreams come true and this is one of them. I will lose 100 pounds total! I will get healthy. I will be strong.

Whatever your goals are, we can do it together! Believe in yourself! I believe in myself. I AM WORTH IT! I am doing this for myself and for my family. LOTS OF LOVE, STRENGTH and DEDICATION. WE WILL DO THIS!

My Program:
My program includes drinking mostly water, eating some fruits and vegetables, organic yogurt, a little of the good fats, protein and good carbs. Avoid sugar, salt, and white flour. Also limit protein and stock up on veggies and fruits.
