I am ready to work on taking small steps to build a happier and healthier me! I am a fighter and I will NOT give up! Can you hear the Rocky song "Eye of the Tiger" playing in the background?

One way or another I will get there! I will make all my dreams come true and this is one of them. I will lose 100 pounds total! I will get healthy. I will be strong.

Whatever your goals are, we can do it together! Believe in yourself! I believe in myself. I AM WORTH IT! I am doing this for myself and for my family. LOTS OF LOVE, STRENGTH and DEDICATION. WE WILL DO THIS!

My program includes drinking mostly water, eating some fruits and vegetables, organic yogurt, a little of the good fats, protein and good carbs. Avoid sugar, bad fats, and white flour.
