Started Sparking January 2008: I Lost 52 LBS!

My original goal was to look good when I went to Paris in the summer of 2008. I made that goal, lost 52 pounds in under 6 months and had a wonderful summer! At 147, I was 17 lbs from goal & began enjoying a relatively normal life style.

But... Sometimes it's hard not being able to eat normally, especially socially & with the people you love - Real life is brutal - shortly after my weight loss success, in 2009 my beautiful mother was diagnosed with CLL - and I spent the next 3 years fighting to keep her safe and well. Alas in 2012, I lost my mom....Then the unexpected loss of my longtime best friend Marcia last summer...

Little by little, indulging and falling back on old bad habits - emotional & binge eating - I have really packed it back on again.

In January 2015 I decided to walk away from my 16 year career with Amazon.com. In many ways it was toxic environment for me - and by leaving, it was the 1st step to healing and finding myself again...

May 31 2015 - Hit Rock bottom - Looks like I'm back to square one...
60+ lbs to lose to make it back to the 140's....Get this, I actually went back to Paris in 2013 - FAT, it was not a foto op vacation fo sho...

I know that I will need to work at this EVERYDAY for the rest of my life....

I need to weigh & track every thing that goes into my mouth...It's all in the math.....It's the only thing that works for me...

I have to get my mind right, and get back to "that place" that wonderful feeling going to the Gym everyday filled me with by WORKING OUT AT HOME!

I just need to find a way to instill that inspirational ethic that Donna & I found once again and this time, maintain...

My Goals:
Lose 2 lbs per week Ultimate goal to get back to 140.


My Program:
I eat what ever I want! Imagine that, by keeping track of calories and portion size...
I weigh every thing that I eat and count every calorie. I do not have a GYM to go to 5 days a week anymore, it was the story of my successful 50 lb loss in only 6 months in 2008! This time, I have to implement my own Exercise program at home...

I was raised by a wonderful Mother & Father , I have a beautiful Daughter & the cutest dog in the world!
Looking forward to getting thin and healthy - then meet the TRUE love of my life....


Other Information:
I am an amateur Photographer, I love Music, Movies, Musical Theatre, LA Dodgers , San Francisco 49ers, my Kitty & Horse, Vintage Cars, Cooking (I know, it's a problem...)
