Started Sparking January 2008: I Lost 52 LBS!

My original goal was to look good when I went to Paris in the summer of 2008. I made that goal, lost 52 pounds in under 6 months and had a wonderful summer!

At 147 I was 17 lbs from goal & began enjoying a relatively normal life style. However little by little, overindulging and falling back on old bad habits I have ended back up with 30 pounds packed on again....

Looks like I'm back to square ...

Looks like I'm back to square one...
50 lbs to lose to make the 130's....

My girlfriend Donna and I began doing this together, she went on to lose a total of 60 lbs and looks beautiful and seems to be able to maintain so much better than me (check out our before and after 2008 Christmas fotos!!!) Together, we discovered new ways to eat healthy. When I am on track, I actually have fun while losing weight !!

I realize now though that I will need to work at this EVERYDAY for the rest of my life....

I need to weigh & track every thing that goes into my mouth...It's all in the math.....It's the only thing that works for me...

I have to get my mind right, and get back to "that place" that wonderful feeling going to the Gym everyday filled me with by WORKING OUT AT HOME!

I don't have a trip to Paris to look forward to in the near future. I just need to find a way to instill that inspirational ethic once again and this time, maintain...

My Goals:
Lose 2 lbs per week Ultimate goal to get back to 125-130. Short term goal was to look lovely when I go to Paris... I am re focused now, and will continue my quest to lose 35 lbs to make my goal of 125 lbs!

My Program:
I eat what ever I want! Imagine that, by keeping track of calories and portion size...
I weigh every thing that I eat and count every calorie, this and Getting to the GYM 5 days a week has been the story of my sucessful 50 lb loss in only 6 months!

Personal Information:
I have a beautiful daughter and a wonderful mother age 92 who keeps us all on our toes... Looking forward to getting thin and maybe meeting the TRUE love of my life....

Other Information:
I am an amateur Photographer, make beaded jewelry... I love Music, Movies, Musical Theatre, LA Dodgers , my Horses, Vintage Cars, Cooking (I know, it's a problem...)
