My Goals:
I would like to become healthier by improving my eating habits, and also by becoming more physically active. With any luck, I will drop 50 lbs along the way!

Short Term: Make healthy eating and exercise a habit. Record all food eaten and meet fitness goals of walking/jogging 8 miles per week, and strength training 6 days a week.

3-6 months: be able to jog for 3 minutes or more

Re-evaluate goals

1 year: lose 50 lbs, by this time I will be living a very active lifestyle and inspiring my family to do the same.

3 years: I want to run my first 5k within 3 years.



My Program:
I am committed to doing cardio everyday, and at least two days of strength training. This is just the beginning, of course.... :-)

Okay, that must be it. I need to get myself the IPhone! The biggest number I ever get is "5"! At least I have seen the bigger numbers. Some people haven't seen any big numbers. Rain here....again. The park in our neighborhood has turned into a lake! Although, it is better than a -20 windchill or something.
