My Goals:
My first goal is only about 2 pounds away at this point. My mini goals are the BMI points and I'm working toward reaching a BMI of 38. My ultimate goal is a BMI of 24.

My Program:
I am simply trying to eat sensibly and I've begun a weight lifting program as well. I'm doing minimal cardio exercise, but once I hit about 235lbs I'll start running again.

you found the right me! I used to have the same problem, not having motivation to work out. Honestly, having a little boy changed that. After a stressful day, the idea of going to the gym and working out while staring at a t.v. while Aaron watches Judah is WONDERFUL! It means I have so much more energy for Judah at other times too. Granted, it's not the solution for everyone :) but it's a motivation at this point. Glad to see you here! I miss you too.

I have to be honest....I started on Spark a little over a year ago and was away from it for a while. When I logged in today and entered my info again...I'm now 10lbs more than I was when I started! :(

I think my problem is motivation for working out! the food is not quite as big of a challenge for some reason. Just the activity level. Wish we could be closer and work out together or something!
