Fitness Minutes: 25,574

My Goals:
Track my nutrition and exercise.
Exercise for 20 minutes this week 5 days per week for.
Drink 8 cups of water.
Read more SP motivational topics.


My Program:
I am tracking my nutrition--big eye opener. I am tracking my exercise. Tracking these daily.
I am drinking 8 glasses of water each day.
Goal for the next 12 weeks starting Jan 16. 2012 is to get back into tracking all my food intake and getting into an exercise routine again since coming back from treatment for Leukemia.
Maintain between 165 and 169 pounds for the next 12 weeks



Personal Information:
I am from Kansas (mid part). I am 66 years old and weighed in at 222 pounds when I started SP. I like to walk and as soon as possible after my broken toe heals, will return to walking on a routine basis and graduate in the types of exercises and number of minutes of endurance.


Other Information:

    4-6 Big Hugs (more if you can spare them)
    1 large sprinkle of friendly Kisses
    A generous portion of Special Holiday Cheer
    1 bighearted sprinkle of Pay It Forward
    As many "Sweetheart" Kisses as you can spare
    2 portions of Love and Kindness
    1 generous bag of Virtual Valentine Goodies to send to your SparkFriends
    26 Cinnamon Candy Hearts (30 calories)
    1 good-size Bag of Great Big Red Hearts to decorate your home or office (the regular kind just won't do)

    Blend all these ingredients together and sprinkle with lots of LOVE throughout week surrounding the special day! ENJOY!!!
