Welcome! If you need a shoulder, a friend or a virtual coffee at some point, drop by and say hello! I've just celebrated my SP eleven month anniversary and am amazed at the absolutely incredible amount of support I've received for weight loss and so much more. This is a fabulous site and you will be astounded at what you get out of it if you give it your all.
To celebrate your arrival at SP in this late-summer season, I would like to wish you a everlasting renewal of energy and passion, for this is a time to celebrate the great potential you possess. May the sun shine upon you and fire up your heart to reach all of your goals and find joy in yourself and the world around you. Whatever battles you are fighting, whatever stresses may come your way, may you find energy, confidence, vitality and strength. This is the time to shine bright and show the world how beautiful you are. Embrace the summer-lit brilliance of each day and you will create a new life where all your wildest dreams come true. ~ Michelle
Hi Juanita--I left u a big reply on the 30somethings team room u started. I read you are bipolar. I am too. Check out my spark page and look at my teams. There are 2 on there that I think u may find very helpful to you. I know they've been helpful for me. I believe this journey we're on is not only for optimal physical health but also mental health. I added u as a friend so I hope u add me back. We can motivate each other and "share notes" on mental health issues if you're up for it. I have no problem discussing it if u want or need to. I know sometimes it's helpful to vent especially with us BP people. We seem to always have a need to talk..Lol. Well, just popped in to tell u that so hope all is well and hopefully I'll talk to u soon...courtney
Welcome to Sparks. If you need some inspiration, check out Tracey on my Sparkfriends. That lady is a beast! She's knocked out half her weight. I might have a few other inspirational people like Bubbles as well. Shes a young girl thats just killing it.
As far a bipolar, just take your meds, watch what you eat and your sleeping patterns. Oh and logging stuff down is also good for starters.
