Time to take Charge

I have been heavy all my life and I've used that to justify the reason I can't or won't lose weight. I know it is hard but I know I have to keep trying. I start and stop a new diet about twice a year. In 2003 I stepped on a scale and weighted in over 336. I know this because that is my scales limit and I had exceeded it. I made major life changes and soon saw the scales drop to 308; then for some reason I stopped. I gave up. Now I'm several years older and still weighing in over 320. ...

To take care of myself. To be healthier so I can continue to enjoy life.
