My goal was to go from 192 to 162 in 1 year!!!! It took a little longer to get there but I am at my goal weight and feeling great!

 EAT LESS. Always eat 2 fruits a day. KEEP MOVING.

Thanks for the comment on my page! I'm frustrated with myself as I've gained about 30 pounds back of my original loss of about 65 pounds. So, I'm back at it again! I know it can be done and what to do. I am tracking my food (that is my downfall!) I hope you have a great 2011!

Hey girl! Long time no see! You are still looking fabulous I see! Happy New Year! My pictures are awesome but I just went and stood on my scale for the first time in months and I am back up to 193 and my heaviest was 202 SO my BFF Kyley & I are starting a whole new plan together starting tomorrow! Goals are Eat 3-5 servings of Fruits and Veggies per day - drink all water - exercise 4x per week & track our food AND every Tuesday we are getting together for a workout! I am really looking forward to it! Shes on SP now too! KyleyFu is her username you should say hi!!
