My Goals:
Be healthier.

Get down to 242 lbs. by my birthday on November 13, 2014. At that point I will I have lost a total of 100 lbs.

Be rid of this damnable belly!

Strengthen my weak knee.

Become a -- something. Runner, walker, cyclist, weightlifter. At this point, I'm open to whatever works best.

Not lose focus due to stress and other outside factors.

My Program:
Stay within my calories.

Exercise as possible.



Personal Information:
J.T.Robertson earned his creative writing degree at Missouri State University and works in the field of nonprofit development. His work appeared in Moon City Review (2005), The MacGuffin, theNewerYork, and Paddle Shots: A River Pretty Anthology, and is forthcoming in Moon City Review (2014). He is currently finishing up his first novel, The Neverwood, the first book in a young adult fantasy trilogy.

J.T. is a regular at the River Pretty Writers Retreat, and plans to pursue his MFA in creative writing at Vermont College of Fine Arts at some point in the future. He currently lives in Creve Coeur, Missouri with his supportive wife of eleven years and three unpredictable cats.

welcome to Spark people....it's an amazing community. I've been on it a year and have made some vast changes.

Dive on in, read as much as you can, blog, eat better, exercise more, build Spark points, join groups & challenges.....it can work wonders!
