My Goals:
My long term goal is to lose 120 lbs.

In February, we're taking a vacation to a resort in the Dominican Republic - I'd like to be in the best shape I can be before then.

My Program:
I'm currently using my treadmill for walking. This is week 1, and by next week I'll up the intensity, and add in another type of exercise.
