My Goals:
My main goal aside from losing 70 lbs is to be a better dad. I want to have more energy for my family and myself. I REALLY want to be in better shape to play more with the kids.

I want to wear 34 inch jeans and not have an X on any size shirt I own.

My Program:
I am following the Runners World Smart Coach training guide for another half marathon in August. Currently, i run 4x a week and cross train with weights and stretching on my non run days. I'm really trying to concentrate on upper body and core exercises for the weights right now and letting my legs "heal" on my cross train days. I stay within my Spark People limits for food and track everything I put into myself.

Other Information:
I make arts and crafts furniture from local and sustainably harvested woods.

I have 2 beautiful children who we are trying really hard not to screw up.

Don't forget to log dinner! I don't know how much cheese the chicken had on it.. but if it had as much as I logged it wasn't such a 'good' dinner....
