My name is Jean and I live in the beautiful state of SC. I joined sparkpeople in 2007 and made friends and entered my food every day. I was successful for a few months, then I got lazy about logging my food and stopped participating in SparkTeams and challenges. My Goals:
I'd like to be healthier and avoid some of the aches and pains and physical problems that tend to come as people age. I'm almost 48 so I'm trying to plan ahead.
My Program:
Plan ahead, make good choices, think before automatically eating from stress or boredom.
Personal Information:
I'm originally from Alabama but have lived in South Carolina for 21 years. I live in the far western part of the state bordering NC and GA. It is beautiful here, with mountains and lakes and rivers.
