Hi! We're starting a new 10 day challenge tomorrow at AACo Sparkers if you'd like to join. Actually, you can start whenever you'd like, but the goal is to go at least 10 days straight on plan, whatever you plan is. Just be good for 10 days. Even if you only make a few days, you can start over again and challenge yourself to make it further the next time. Just go to the team page and look for the 10 Day Challenge in the discussion boards. You just post daily, or whenever you can, and let us know how you're doing. Hopefully, we can all help each other reach our goals.

I'm glad you're back, Jeanette! Thank you so much for thinking of me and the goodie gift. I probably need to recommit to meeting my goals, too. I'm exercising like crazy, but not eating as I should, and the scale shows it! We can do better, right? Let's do it!
