Hello! Welcome to my Spark Page! Im so glad you dropped by! My name is Jessica and I started on Spark People back in January 09. I have played around with different eating and exercise routines since I joined trying to fight a sweet tooth the whole time! Anyway through navigating other Spark Pages I have decided to focus more on strength training and a high protein diet.

My inspiration primarily comes from all of you as I see such great results! I love looking at your before and after pics! I enjoy seeing what everyone is eating so I can change up my menu so as not to get bored...

Well I have to say I am so excited to find this site and cant believe its free! Thank you Thank you Thank you!

Anyway feel free to drop by and add me as a friend so I can support you on our journey!

Friends take friends by the hand.........

"You don’t need anyone’s help to be
a failure in life. You can do that all
by yourself. But you cannot be a success
in life without the help of others.
One of the greatest lessons I’ve
learned about success is to remain teachable.
Ego, pride, resistance, procrastination and
fear are destroyers of success. If I seek
praise more than I seek growth, than I’m
out of balance. I’ve learned from the input
and insights of others. I’ve learned that
a diamond is dull without some polishing.
I’ve learned that the rose bush has
to be pruned in order to grow more beautiful
roses. The pruning may not feel good but the
gardener knows it must be done or the rose
bush never realizes its potential.
Insecurity, ego, pride and a closed mind
are weeds in your garden of success. You will
grow as you welcome the strengths, wisdom,
support, mentoring, feedback, pruning and
polishing from others."

I am not using the sparks diet. I am making alot of weightwatcher meals from free sites.
I first want to tell you --- I would do anything for the arms you have. I have the lump on my armpit... UGH
I am much shorter than you. I am only 5' 1 1/2 " (Yes i must add the half)
I used to teach aerobics, mostly step and kickboxing, bootcamps, drills, and i was tough.
I am absolutely determined to make a difference this time.
I will never go back to a class room to teach workouts but desire to do online... they are great and millions more will enjoy.
I look forward to our journey and would love to have your diet plan if you have one.
I already doomed my day. I had a slice of pep.pizza from a local pizza joint and some multi grain tostitos. I do have it documented.
I am home too so time is not an issue drive is.
    I am from central PA
how wonderful you can be home with your kids. Time you will never get a second chance to do.
