Will 2013 be my year?

I can't even count the number of sparkpeople accounts I've had. I always start, then just give up. I am going to try this again... hopefully I stick with it this time.

Today is 12/17/12 and for the rest of this year I plan to gather information to help me with my journey. New recipies, work out videos, etc.

Along with losing 50lbs, I want to quit smoking.

Here's to the new me for 2013! :-)

My Goals:
Lose 50lbs by 7/17/13.

Which happens to be my 4 year anniversary with my wonderful husband.


My Program:
-Eat between 1200-1550 calories

-drink 64 oz water a day

-start a workout plan and stick with it

Yup, I always track every single thing I eat, it's what is helping me lose all of this weight, and not cheat. Um, I have been eating a lot of Smart Ones and Lean Cuisines, frozen meals, etc... But I'm going to be switching back to eating other foods, same calories, fat, etc... Just not all frozen meals. My meals were like $100+ per week!!! That's just for my food alone. So I'm going to switch to some other things. But I'll be following the same meal plan :)
