My Goals:
My goals are to lose the 40 pounds my Dr. wants me to lose, and get fit again so I can keep up with the grand-kids.
My Program:
I am watching my cholesterol, carbs and fat intake. Also exercising with a exercise ball 3 times a week. I am already starting to have more energy.
Personal Information:
I am orginially from Texas and transplanted to Iowa 3 yrs ago. I really like it here, love the spring, still not used to the winters and doubt I ever will.
