I feel you on the need for motivation!!! I haven't hit the treadmill since I finished the 28 Day Bootcamp (which was Sunday). Even though I know I'd feel so much better getting in some exercise, I just haven't been able to get myself to do it. I think I will try my best to do so tomorrow! As long as you believe and you put 100% into your workout and your nutrition you will be able to say ! If you have hit a plateau don't !!!! You keep pushing yourself to that next level and even if you have to start over from .....Just remember that it's mind over matter.....You can do anything you put your mind too!!! I'm here to you on and we are going to keep bootay together......
