It's Go Time!

Too long a story. I was hit by a car once. Gained way too much weight. Kept gaining. Jan 6, 2009 I was 394 and began my weight loss journey. By Nov 7, 2009 I had lost 100lbs and by May 2010 I had lost 125 lbs. Unfortunately life took over. We bought a money-pit of a house and had another child. I am a stay at home Dad. The stress got to me and now on Jan 6, 2013 I am at my heaviest, 4lbs more then in 2009, now at 398lbs. Obviously I can do it. I have done it. And I am looking forward to getting ...

OMG, me too!! Except it's not gone. I just have to have better control. I am committed though now. I woke up with the realization that I have 7 days left before the big race and I am going to treat my body to healthy foods and healthy workouts from this point forward!

The hard part will be traveling and eating good. We leave Thursday, and who knows what we'll have to eat that night at his sisters or his parents. If we go out to eat, it's actually easier. I have no problem finding healthy on a menu. So hopefully that will be the case. I am going to take my Kashi bars with me (Pumpkin Spice Flax Seed - they are super good!!!) for breakfast in the mornings and just hope for lots of eating out, LOL!

Alright, sorry I started rambling! Just getting super excited!
