Here comes the bride...

My upcoming wedding is the best motivator I've found for getting in shape. Since getting engaged I've done OK on my own, but to break through that next plateau I really need to focus on eating the right foods in the right quantities.

My Goals:
I want to look awesome for my wedding.
I've stopped letting the scale determine whether I'm happy or bummed out each day. I know that fluctuations are normal. I'm much more interested in my body fat%.

My Program:
I'm working out really hard and trying to eat a healthy balanced diet and count calories. Even if I don't hit my calorie goals, I know I'm eating much healthier than I was before.

Hey, how is that ground turkey casserole? Do you recommend it? If so, I want the recipe.

Also I saw that you drank some cranberry juice. I highly recommend the Ocean Spray Diet cranberry juice. It is only 10 calories and it's pretty good!!! Keep up the great work. I'm coming home on Saturday.
