Best Health and Wellbeing

I have been busy. Writing a book. Keeping up a blog and staying healthy. I have maintained my healthy weight loss now for over a year. I settled out at about 155 lbs (down from 225, (about 2/12 years ago). I am stronger and in better condition. I feel better and I am working to improve my health every day.

My wife has her own page now and I am working to support her in her efforts as well.

Hi! Things have been going well. I hope life has been nice to you, too!

I've never had success when trying to go low carb. But that's because I don't eat meat really. I'm just not a fan of the taste or texture. So a lot of my meat alternatives help me get in protein, but they come with carbs as well!

Has it given you more energy, is the plateau gone?

Thanks for stopping by. I have been really busy and haven't been on sparks much. My son in law is back from Iraq. I have my granddaughters most weekends. We are doing some remodeling, and the holidays and all that goes with them. You are doing great. Keep up the great work. Have a wonderful safe Christmas.
