I'm concerned with my health, too, and so I"m reading ARTHUR AGATSTON, M.D.'s book "The South Beach Heart Health Program." I recommend the book to anyone since Dr. Agatston is a Professor of Medicine at the U. of Miami Medical School. He is a cardiologist who developed the South Beach Diet, only for his patients, who had BELLY FAT, and couldn't lose on other diets. He wanted to help them, and NEVER planned to write a "diet book." When they lost weight, their friends called and wanted the diet, and asked him to WRITE IT DOWN. That turned into the book. I admire Dr. Agatston as he didn't do this for any reaso other than helping people PREVENT heart disease and strokes. Dr. Atkin's book is very helpful, too, and I"ve read it. 2731 days ago

with the weather being nicer, I've really been slacking on my exercise. It seems too pretty to go to the gym, but then I haven't been really exercising either. I'll take a walk, which I guess is good, but not exactly something that gets my heart rate up and keeps it there.
I've kinda been the same way lately. Not overeating really, but not getting in calorie deficits. Although the water weight I gained after Easter is gone. So I'm pretty content with where I'm at for now. 2749 days ago
