Best Health and Wellbeing
I have been busy. Writing a book. Keeping up a blog and staying healthy. I have maintained my healthy weight loss now for over a year. I settled out at about 155 lbs (down from 225, (about 2/12 years ago). I am stronger and in better condition. I feel better and I am working to improve my health every day. My wife has her own page now and I am working to support her in her efforts as well.

My Program:
Cardio at least 5 days a week. Strength training 1-2 days a week. Calorie deficits vary based on my results and how I feel.

I am married and have a 4 year old son. I am a stay at home Dad.
