My Goals:
I need to lose 40 pounds. I love to jog/walk. I hope to enter some races this year.

I also enjoy cooking, knitting, and books!

My Program:
I work out every other day: 4 miles in 51-53 minutes. I love the excercise but find dieting difficult. I'm a foody! I'm trying to follow the eating guidelines in "Deep Nutrition" by Dr. Cate Shanahan: Real Food/Low Carbs.
