Building a NEW Me

It seems like I''ve always been on some sort of mission to lose weight... I''ve always been "the fat girl" and I''m sick and tired of it. I''ve finally come to terms with what I need to do to reach my goals and I''m finally ready to make it happen. I WILL lose 100 lbs and become the healthy, active gal I want to be. My Goals:
-I want to be around 150lbs again.
-I want to be able to hike, backpack, and rock climb again without being self-conscious.
-I want to be more confident in my appearance and love my body.
-I want to have better health overall.

My Program:
Changing my relationship with food:
-Writing EVERYTHING down
-Tracking calories
-Learning "everything in moderation"

Learning to love working out:
-Getting at least 45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week.
-Weight training 3 days a week.

Positive rewards for reaching goals and sticking with my healthy lifestyle include: pedicures, new accessories/clothes to make working out fun, movie nights, and more.

While I don't want to "punish" myself for things, I am sticking with the threat that I have to give up my laptop for a week if I don't meet my exercise goals.

Personal Information:
I'm from Reisterstown, MD and mother to two insane cats and a silly dog, I'm currently working as a pet groomer, but one of my goals is to go back to school by Fall 2011, probably to study nursing.

Other Information:
I love being outdoors. I'm always looking for new hiking, camping, backpacking and indoor/outdoor rock climbing buddies. Hit me up if you want to meet up!
