I am a Done Girl and being done is what we do, done with being overweight, not able to sit comfortably in a lobby chair, they make those for itty bitty people, and I am also done with the NEGATIVES... I am a SPARKLER and I will Succeed at whatever life throws at me.

My Goals:
I am 53 years old and I have bad knees, back, hip,blah, blah, blah! So I am SO DONE w/that. I am working to get my body into good shape and take the pressure off my knees,back, and hip...

My Program:
I have just updated my program yet again. I am doing Turbo JAM-Fire and Rev Abs for my cardio(MWFS) and Turbo Sculpt and Rev Abs on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday and have increased my weights from 5 to 7 lbs. I am working on 50 regular pushups and doing this intense ab routine called 7 min abs.

Personal Information:
I am in Georgia but I am from Connecticut and I have 2 wonderful pups that are my babies. We walk EVERY Morning!!!

Other Information:
I attend a church that is totally awesome!!! I really don't do much. I have a couple of bible study groups that I am a part of. I guess you could say I am a rather dull person. I work out 6 days a week and if I don't have a bible study then I hang out at home w/the pups.

Just stopping by. I am trying to get back in routine with my healthy living and Spark People. I haven't been back on track for about a month now with my eating and exercise. There is still a lot of exercises that I was doing, that I cannot do yet. I will get there. How are you? How is everything going? Give me a holler and let me know how you are doing. emoticon
