One Step at a Time...

I want to loose weight which I have put on over the last ten years. I want to feel great about myself and change to a healthier lifestyle one small step at a time. Small changes in my habits every day will lead to big changes down the road!

1. Loose 20 pounds- one pound at a time.

2. Exercise at least 30 minutes per day.

3. Use portion control every meal of the day.

4. Don't beat myself over the head if I cannot do 1-3 every day.

My Program:
1. Log into SparkPeople every day.

2. Track my exercise daily.

3. Track my nutrition daily.

4. Read a motivational quote or story every day.

5. Not be so uptight about 1-4 if I cannot do everything each time.
