JSAPPLE- don't be discouraged. I'm sure there's SOMETHING positive you can find that you did (maybe not eating an entire pizza like you would've done in the past? being aware of serving sizes or calories? taking a few extra steps on the way to the grocery store? just eating 6 muffins versus 12? drinking one glass of water when you used to drink none?). Everyone has rough spots, but today is the day to get back on the train. You can do it! Turn that frown upside-down and think positively. Live in the present. What are you going to do today to help move you towards a healthier lifestyle? If you don't have the motivation to do cardio for an hour... how about 10 minutes? Set a goal for yourself to do one SP video. That's better than nothing. Start small. Don't give up! You're guarenteed to fail if you quit.
I saw your comment on the Cafe message board that your motivation is in the toilet. Come on, it's Monday - a new day, a new week, and we're heading into a new year! Take a moment to try and turn the tide - guzzle some water, chomp on an apple, take a stroll around the block. Get that blood moving and your mind working in a positive way! You can do this!!!!! Hang in there and try to do something nice for yourself that is in line with your goals.
