Hello all! I'm 36, unmarried and an RN. I'm hoping to get myself back into exercise and lose those last 5-10 pounds! As in most things, participating in a like-minded group, giving and receiving support, advice, encouragement, etc., makes the road to one's goal, brighter and easier. It also increases the likelihood of attaining that goal! I stumbled upon SparkPeople many months ago and think it's a wonderful community!
