About mid-May, I started Herbalife. Replacing 2 meals a day with their protein shakes and following their meal plan for snacks and the one regular meal I have per day.

I am loving it! I never thought I would say that but I do!

I am seeing results, my water intake is up and my energy is up. I have to say now I really understand why everyone that is on Herbalife can't stop talking about it and are such cheerleaders for the program!

Ask me about it! :)

Anyway, I am following the Herbalife program and working on improving my success rate with making it to the gym. That is my next hurdle!

My updated goals are:
- Get the gym 5 days a week
- Consistently get at least 7 hours of sleep per night
- Continue to develop better habits
- Blog more
- Make my health a priority
- Add stretching to my daily routine.
- Take some time for me every day.

I am going to keep it simple and make these goals into habits!
I am happy I have the support I need on SparkPeople and in my personal life to make these goals a reality.

I will not make goals based on number of lbs I need to lose.

My Goals:
1. Lose weight to look and feel better.
2. Improve my health by raising my fitness level.
3. Create a new and more disciplined lifestyle for myself in order to make sure I maintain my weightloss and fitness level.

My Program:
I will be working out at home and at the gym.
Home: Walking plus Stretching and Flexibility
Gym: Treadmill walking - 60 min
Goal is to improve my treadmill speed and work up to jogging. I would also be working to add the elliptical to my cardio routine

Personal Information:
I am 40 (gasp!) and currently living at the Jersery Shore.
