I'm a chronic yo-yo dieter/exerciser. I typically keep it up for 8-10 months, then fall off the wagon for a few months and gain some back.

Most recently I haven't been active for 2 full years and have really been eating terribly -- having gone through two back surgeries in 2014 it's been a long road of recovery.

Physically I feel more ready for regular activity. As I get older I'm concerned for my health and need to find the right balance within me to be able to ...

My Goals:
I'd like to eat healthier and build a regular exercise program...4x/week for now for weight loss with a goal of 3x/week for maintenance down the road.

My Program:
I'm eating healthier, cutting out addictive sugars; simple carbs and moving more.
