How I'll get there - food:
Stay within 1200-1550 calorie range 6 of 7 days/week
(which means track calorie intake at least 6x/week)
Eat at least one serving of fruits/veggies each day

How I'll get there - exercise:
(track every workout on SparkPeople)
Follow Blue Mile training program, running at least 3x/week (T/W/F/Sa)
Long run EVERY Saturday
Swim 2x/week (M/W)
Bike 1x/week
Yoga 2x/week (M/R)
Pilates 2x/week (T/Su)
Take one day OFF and do nothing 1x/week!

Other:
Stretch 1x/day
Get up each hour during the workday
Drink at least 8 glasses water/day

Personal Information:
In the past 5 years, I've changed jobs twice, gotten married, moved twice, adopted 2 dogs, bought a house, bought a car, and well, that isn't the least of it! I'm learning that life is always changing - you have to make time for what's important. I enjoy being active, exercising, shopping, wine, friends, and I love SparkPeople! I completed my first sprint triathlon this year, too!
