My Goals:
To believe in me for once a feel that I'm worth my time and effort. And to figure out what Gods purpose is for me.

My Program:
I'm following the Dash diet which is basically clean and healthy eating with the first two week no carbs meaning no sugars no bread no pasta etc.

Personal Information:
52 years old. A loving husband,two grown children ,one granddaughter . I work two jobs most days so I'm on the go. Family and my faith are very important to me but I also need to learn what my born purpose is beside work before its too late.

Oh absolutely ... You CAN do it!! I just started a low glycemic index diet and that means no sugar for me either. emoticon I use Truvia to get a little sweet but no calories. Okay, don't gag, but I love it on cottage cheese. emoticon That one little treat is enough for me. The other treat that really works for me is slicing up strawberries and dipping them in light yogurt. Yum!
