I have 10 years in the fitness industry and served as the Personal Training Director at Altoona Campus from 2001-2009 located in Altoona, Iowa. At the Altoona Campus, I trained thousands of clients and also developed health and wellness programs for members. There I developed a four tier program involving: Personal Training, Group Personal Training, Active Older Adult Programs, and Wellness Incentive programming. I have experience in personal/ group training, corporate fitness, group exercise, and also as a performance enhancement coach for competitive and recreational athletes.

My areas of expertise include: Nutrition, Weight Training, Wellness, Body Transformation, Circuit Training, Interval Training, Core Training, and Sports Specific Training.

Being a fitness expert, I instill passion into every aspect of my life. Fitness has always been a part of his life – as an accomplished childhood athlete to a collegiate football player; I have built a strong base of experience and knowledge in both exercise and nutrition. My Goals:
Just trying to lead by example by staying active and be healthy. Incorporate more running. Workout 6 days/week.

My Program:
I follow my own program I have created which gives me three days a week of interval training; two days a week of cardio activitiy; and one day of a boot camp style workout or boxing training. It's called IMPACT (Intense Mixed Power Active Cross Training)
